This is such an open ended question. It will be very easy to answer if you can add few lines about your background, affordability and qualification(like GRE etc). If not the school names will be all over the place from MIT to the ABC University....as the word "Good School" is very subjective.

I am working for a MNC and I got L1 visa stamped. After marriage I got my H4 visa stamped.(After L1 stamping) But the Visa officials have not marked the L1 visa cancelled in the passport, does it mean that the Visa is still valid? Does that mean that i can still travel on my L1 visa?
If your L1 petition is still valid (not withdrawn by employer) and you intend to work for that employer (ie. fullfill all other L1 requirements) then yes, you can still travel on L1 and maintain L1 status in the US.

Based on USCIS's last action rule, the status of an applicant depends on whatever petition is approved last. So, if her H4 is approved after her H1 COS, then she will be on H4.
I am assuming you have applied for H1/H4 extension recently in regular processing. So the chances of her H1 COS getting approved first under premium are higher. So once you get her H1 COS approval, just withdraw her H4 petition.

My PD is 09/2002. I have already renewed EAD for 3 times. Still I have been using my H1, not on EAD. Due to lot of expenses, I don't want to renew EAD again. Current EAD is expiring in September. Is that okay? or better renew? Thanks.

I am really confused and I really need information about my situation.
I have graduated from Culinary Institute of America on June 18 and I had an application for OPT for July15. In normal process, I have received my OPT card and begin to work at the restaurant on July 15. However, because of an important family situation I have to go back to my country for one week between September 15- 22.
Now,my situation is; -I have an OPT card
-I have a job
-I am in my OPT year
BUT: on my OPT card, it says that, I can not leave the country during my OPT year
HOWEVER: I have to go back to my country for one week and there is no problem about taking off from my job.
I can not be sure about leaving the country,my question is: During the OPT period, IF you have a job and all your documents are done about OPT period, are you still should not leave the country? If you leave the USA, how can you come back?

Have anybody feeling the big difference between Texas and Nebraska service center processing? Texas is giving greencards and June filers most of them have got EAD and Advanced Paroles. Is immigrationvoice doing anything to escalate the situation.

I know that the EAD card comes directly to the applicant and not to the attorney.
What about RFE on EAD? Does that too come directly to the applicant?

My friend needs to attend a family urgency and planning to travel immediately . His AP is expiring on 3 Sep 09( 4 days ) . He is working on EAD and is in Adjustment status he is yet to start the AP renewal process ...any advice appreciated...

Yes, it uses the same mount. Newer lenses usually have more data that is passed to the camera body such as distance, etc.. I'm not a Nikon person anymore, so double check of course!
